Wheel of Life

The Wheel of Life exercise is a simple and easy way to get a snapshot of your life as you see it today. Think about each section of the wheel as it relates to your life. How satisfied are you with that section right now?

This Wheel of Life is interactive and customizable:

  • Select how many life areas you want to consider (from 4-8).

  • Choose each life area from a drop-down menu or type-in your own.

  • Click on Description (show) to write how you would define that life area.

  • Rate your level of satisfaction in each life by dragging the points on the wheel.

  • Once you are done, you can click on Print/Save to print or save it as pdf.

Timer

This is an interactive timer designed to help you keep the pace throughout multiple activities.

How to use the interactive timer:

  • Select the number of activities and the duration of each.

  • Select each activity from the drop-down menu or enter your own.

  • You can personalize the color of each activity.

  • You can Start/Pause or Restart the timer.

Routine

Is there a series of tasks/activities that you always have to do at the same time? This interactive tool is designed to help you visualize the current time overlapping the activities (for a maximum span of one hour).

This routine tool is customizable:

  • Select the number of activities and their starting times

  • Select each activity from the drop-down menu or enter your own.

  • You can personalize the color of each activity.
